AMDEX Scholar Labs stores your data to defend legal actions and minimize possible losses. Your personal data may move to business groups or outside parties when we change modes or ownership of our entire business. This also happens during bankruptcy or sizeable company realignments.

• Vercel — hosts this website and serves its pages.

These providers operate infrastructure outside India, including in the European Union and the United States, so your information is processed outside the country where you are reading this. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

AMDEX Scholar Labs connects users to partner sites and third-party dealers to assist you in making purchase and improve your website usage. AMDEX Scholar Labs moves your data from www.amdexscholars.com to storage platforms both on our own systems and with our supplier network. Our teams use advanced protection systems throughout all data storage areas.

We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect the information you send us, and access to it is limited to the people who need it to do their work. Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection, and the enquiry database and mailbox are access-controlled.
Because this website has no visitor accounts, there is no password for you to protect and no member area to sign in to. Any part of the site not intended for the public is restricted, and attempting to access it without authorisation is not permitted.

This website does not set cookies to identify or track you, and it does not build a profile of your browsing. There is no advertising network on this site and no cross-site tracking. Where we measure how the site is used, we use a privacy-focused tool that counts visits without cookies and without collecting anything that identifies an individual.
Two third-party services can set their own storage in your browser when you use the parts of the site that need them:

We keep an enquiry or application for 24 months from the date you send it, then delete it. That window covers follow-up on work you go on to agree, repeat enquiries across an academic year or two, and the accounting and dispute obligations that sit behind them. Because there are no accounts on this site, nothing stays open indefinitely — a submission is a record of one message you sent us, and it expires on its own.

• Enquiry and contact messages are held in our enquiry database and in the mailbox they were sent to.
• Application CVs reach us as an email attachment. The file is not stored in our database — only its filename and size are recorded, so we can tell an attachment was sent.

You can ask us to delete what we hold about you at any time, before the 24 months are up, by emailing the address in the contact section below. We will respond within 30 days. Deletion is currently carried out by hand rather than automatically, so please allow us that window.

Send a message to our contact page to withdraw your agreement for our handling of your personal data. When users are under 16 years old they must obtain permission from their parent or legal guardian for data usage. When you refuse to allow us your consent or cancel it at any time AMDEX Scholar Labs will need to reduce or stop delivering the services described in Section 2.2 of this policy.
